Doctor of Physical Therapy | McKenzie Certified Clinician | 12+ Years Experience
Built For Endurance Athletes
You’re not just looking to get out of pain.
You want to:
train consistently
stop recurring injuries
understand why the issue happened
move better long-term
return to racing confidently
R3 Performance Physical Therapy is designed specifically for runners and triathletes who want individualized care that bridges the gap between rehab and performance.
Rehab Shouldn't Feel Like A Second Job
Most athletes already have enough on their schedule.
Running. Swimming. Cycling. Strength training. Work. Family.
Adding another 45 minutes of rehab every day usually isn't realistic.
Instead of handing you a generic list of exercises, I look at the training you're already doing and build rehabilitation into your existing routine.
Sometimes that means replacing one accessory lift.
Sometimes it means modifying your warm-up.
Sometimes it means changing how you strength train.
Sometimes it means adjusting your training plan.
The goal isn't to give you more work.
The goal is to help you recover while continuing to make progress.
“I don't just help athletes recover from injury. I help them become stronger, more resilient athletes by integrating rehabilitation into the way they already train.”
— Dr. Steph
More Than Temporary Relief…
Many athletes spend months treating symptoms without addressing the underlying movement, strength, mobility, and training factors contributing to their injury.
My approach combines hands-on physical therapy, movement assessment, strength rebuilding, and performance-focused rehabilitation to help you return to sport with long-term durability.
The goal is not just to calm down pain, it’s to rebuild your system for longevity in sport.
Full Body Movement Assessment
I identify the weak links limiting your performance. Looking beyond the painful area to evaluate mobility, movement patterns, strength deficits, training load, footwear, recovery, and biomechanics.
Hands On Treatment
Including manual therapy, dry needling, mobility work, and tissue treatment to help reduce pain and improve movement quality.
Exercise Prescription
Customized strength and mobility programming designed specifically for runners and triathletes.
Return To Sport Planning
Progressive rehab that helps athletes safely rebuild confidence, tissue capacity, and resilience for long-term performance.
