Bike Fitting
Find Your Perfect Bike Fit:
A proper bike fit is one of the most important investments you can make as a cyclist or triathlete. Whether you’re training for your next race, riding for fitness, or just trying to enjoy long miles without discomfort, your position on the bike matters.
If your bike isn’t fit to your unique body, you may experience:
Knee pain or hip pain
Lower back pain or tightness
Saddle discomfort or numbness
Foot or hand numbness and tingling
Neck and shoulder pain
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and USA Triathlon Coach, I bring both a medical and performance-based perspective to every fitting. My goal is to help you:
Reduce pain and prevent injuries with a position tailored to your body mechanics
Ride longer and more comfortably so you can enjoy every mile
Increase speed and efficiency by improving your aerodynamics without sacrificing comfort

FAQs
Do I need to bring anything to my fitting?
Bring your bike, cycling shoes, pedals, helmet, glasses, wear your cycling shorts/trisuit and any gear you normally ride with. If you use clipless pedals, cleats should be installed before your session and the screws should be easy to unscrew to adjust position. Make sure your bike is in good working condition.
How long does a bike fitting session take?
Most sessions last 60–90 minutes, allowing time to assess your biomechanics, make adjustments, and test your position on the bike.
What types of bikes do you fit?
I currently fit road bikes and triathlon bikes. Each session is customized to your body, riding goals, and flexibility to ensure optimal comfort and performance.
What exactly is a bike fit?
A bike fit is a personalized assessment to adjust your bike’s position and components to match your body. The goal is to improve comfort, efficiency, and performance while reducing the risk of pain or injury.
