You’ve Already Completed an Olympic Distance Tri…
Your First Half or Full Ironman Starts Here
You’ve conquered sprint and Olympic-distance triathlons.
Now you’re ready for your first half Ironman, with the right guidance, structure, and support to help you train confidently and stay healthy along the way. Especially if a Full Ironman is your goal for the future.
At R3 Endurance, I help busy athletes successfully bridge the gap from shorter races to the demands of 70.3 training through individualized, evidence-based coaching.
Stepping up to 70.3 Can Be Overwhelming
You might be wondering:
How much training is enough?
How do I balance training with work and family?
What if I get injured increasing my volume?
How do I fuel properly?
How long should my long rides and runs be?
Am I training too hard… or not hard enough?
Can I realistically do this without burnout?
The jump from Olympic distance to 70.3 is significant.
Having the right coaching can help you train smarter, recover better, and approach race day with confidence.

Athlete Spotlight: Lucas
When Lucas and I first started training together in 2024, he had experience with short distance triathlon but had goals of completing a full ironman. We started with a short term goal completing his first Half Ironman. He enjoyed it so much, he signed up for 2 more in 2025. Another 2 70.3s in 2026 and in April, he completed Ironman Texas!
Together, we focused on:
improving his swim technique and comfort with the open water
building endurance through consistency
balancing recovery and training load with a very physical and travel heavy full time job
developing confidence across swim, bike, and run
The Result:
Successful completion of 5 70.3s and 1 full Ironman
stronger pacing and fueling
PR for each race distance
Here is what Lucas has to say about my coaching
“I enjoy working with Coach Steph, It Is Important to me to have someone holding me accountable to follow the training and knowing that I have a specialist In my corner helps a bunch.”
