Turning Busy Professionals Into Strong Triathletes

Triathlon Coaching for Busy Professionals

You don’t need unlimited free time to become a strong, successful triathlete.

At R3 Endurance, I help busy athletes balance training with careers, travel, parenting and real life while still making meaningful progress toward their goals.

Evidence-based coaching designed for long-term consistency, performance, and staying healthy.

You might be a great fit if you…

  • work full time and struggle to fit training into your schedule

  • travel for work and need flexibility

  • balance triathlon and family life or young kids

  • tired of feeling exhausted from trying to do it all

  • tired of generic plans that don’t fit your life

  • want structure, accountability, and expert guidance

  • want to train hard without consistently breaking down

You don’t need to train like a professional to see incredible results. You need a plan that is made for you!

Coaching Built For Real Life

Most triathlon plans are designed as if athletes have endless time, perfect recovery, and zero life stress.

That’s not reality for most adult athletes.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, triathlon coach, working professional, and mom myself, I understand what it’s like to balance training alongside career demands, family responsibilities, travel, and everyday stress.

That’s why my coaching focuses on:

  • individualized programming

  • sustained success

  • injury prevention

  • strength integration

  • realistic scheduling

  • long-term consistency

The goal is not just surviving training. The goal is helping you train consistently enough to become stronger, healthier, and more confident over time.

Athlete Spotlight: Max

When Max started with me, he realized that training with the generic plan he used for his last 70.3 was not going to work for his hectic work and travel schedule for the next race. He had either work or family travel every other week leading up to Ironman 70.3 Des Moines.

Not only did I build a sustainable schedule that fit exactly his travel dates, factoring in recovery and life activities, but I also answered questions he had about things like the best choice for nutrition while traveling or what to do with available equipment at the hotel gym.

Over time, he was able to:

  • PR his 70.3 Ironman time by over 20 minutes and finally break 6 hours

  • stay more consistent with training

  • stay healthier during race prep

  • build fitness without burnout

  • achieve strong race results while balancing travel and career

Here is what Max has said about my coaching:

“Having a professional to fall back on and rearrange my training schedule along with tweaking it due to last minute work travel popping up was the biggest benefit for me. My last 70.3 I stressed out so much on how to jam all of these workouts in and not sure what ones to drop when it simply wasn’t going to happen, this time… it was a game changer and so huge for me. I have to also note the diverse training including the warmups and weight training was a big deal as well. I tried hard to get into the gym for races before, but I wasn’t doing the right workouts for my goals as a triathlete. Thanks to coaching I was prepared beyond my expectation to crush my last race!"
